  • Hello, we are looking to get bids for a remodeling job, it's a dental office.  it's 742sqft, here is the scope of work:


    1. replace kitchenet completely, it's roughly 7x4', need new 7' by 12" upper cabinet. 7x4 cabinet with a corner, new wood countertop(or other cost effective material). new sink and faucet

    2. Build 2 drywall dividers, 6 to 7ft wide, by 7' tall. they need to be reinforced to the ceiling with a 2x4. see picture, there's utility space above the acoustic ceiling.

    3. close one door opening with dry wall, finish nicely 2 openings where doors were removed

    4. remove 5 conduits with power outlets, hide 3 sink hookups

    5. remove old light fixtures and install 12 LED skylights

    6. new LVP floor and new LVP baseboard- 742sqft

    7. remove the bathroom door as it is not accessible for a wheelchair, demo the brown cabinet and build drywall and new wheelchair accessible door

    8. receptionist window - new wider wood shelf and folding shelf 24"x18" (disabled patient paperwork), new partial clear shield

    9.complete about 3 missing ceiling acoustic panels, 

    10. Electrical - the new dividers need to get one socket on each

    11. Dentist chair hookup- each chair is getting 6mm water tubing, compressed air, and electrical poer through a conduit that goes from the new dividers to the walls. the water, air and electrical can go easily on the utility space above the acoustic ceiling

    12. install customer provided air compressor and vacuum pump in the box that's behind the wall with the windows.

    13. install new RO system (provided by the customer) and connect to the water tubing (all water tubing is John Guest, smallest diameter) 

    14. New paint for the walls. new dividers, and ceiling (including return air vents)

    The front door is few steps from the parking lot on ground floor, so the access is very easy
