  • The house is currently 2500sqft and I am looking to create a large room with the kitchen, living room and dining area all under a vaulted ceiling and 10 ft walls.
    That will require to remove the the existing interior walls, and add a new partial roof.
    The kitchen is changing a bit, so mechanicals would need to accommodate that.
    I'd also like to remodel two bathrooms, and add half a bathroom and laundry in the large space area.
    The attached plan is not final floor plan, the front door would change to the center of the house and the current front porch will need to be converted to a half bathroom and laundry room.

    In addition, I need a plan for a new fence on the side and front of the house with a gate.
