This house is 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, total is 1300 sq feet.
1. Kitchen - Broken cabinets and some doors are missing. Need to replace all cabinet doors.
2. Painting is needed for all the house rooms and handrails.
3. Bathroom - need to replace/fix broken cabinets.
4. Drywall - need to patch 2 holes in the walls. See pictures.
5. Doors - Need to replace shed door and 2 broken interior doors.
6. Need to replace broken tile in the kitchen and to replace marriage line between tiles and laminate flooring.
7. Haul Away - Need to remove out of the house trash from the patio, from the shed, 1 dishwasher, 1 stove, 1 fridge, 1 washer, 1 dryer.
8. Cleaning - The house needs deep cleaning after completion.
